This weeks final analysis of the short story was a great feeling to know we are moving on with the year.  Now on poetry I have found myself enjoying the reading more.  The short but detailed writings seem to click better with me and the meaning seems to jump out at me more often.  I enjoyed the poem "The Death of the Ball Turret Gunner" as the detail pertained to my likings when it comes to poetry. Some of the things I liked about it was the brevity of it along with the extreme detail and mental picture it provided in that brevity.  I can wait to read the countless poems to come in the coming weeks.
