the metamorphosis was a very interesting story, it was the type of story that hooked me in and I didn't want to stop reading once I started. the story was about a boy named Gregor who woke up one morning and realized that he had transformed into a bug. he doesn't freak out like most children would, he instead gets angry that he is going to be late to work, and he becomes afraid that he is going to be fired for it. the story has a lot more interesting things going on as well and it relates directly to the authors life.
